This
is a biography about my friend,
Galuh Widyastuti. People usually call her Galuh. She was the Duta Anak Jawa
Tengah 2013/2014. Galuh was born in Boyolali, May 21, 1997. Her father, Winarjo
and her mother, Tyas got married and have two daughters. The first child is
Kartika and Galuh is the last child.
In 2013 she joined Duta Anak Jawa
Tengah. Duta Anak is the icon of children forum in the world. She joined the
children forum after one article told about her achievements on winning
basketball competitions. Many achievements she had gotten and then she was
chosen to be the Duta Anak Jawa Tengah. In Duta Anak Jawa Tengah, she took
specialized in education.
When she became the Duta Anak Jawa
Tengah, she had some duties. Because of she specialized in education, she
became a teacher. For example, she taught for free in a “bimbingan belajar”.
She also made a research about children under age employers. Beside all of her
duties, she also joined in some social activities.
By joining Duta Anak Jawa Tengah, it
makes her get more experiences and achievements. Before she became Duta Anak
Jawa Tengah, she already got some achievements, such as, winning the basketball
competitions and singing competitions. She also can do speech in 5 languages.
Those are some of the reasons why she can be the Duta Anak Jawa Tengah. In Duta
Anak, she got the 24th rank in ASEAN.
She has been Duta Anak Jawa Tengah
for 2 years. Being Duta Anak Jawa Tengah is a great achievement in her life. This
year, she takes off her position in Duta Anak Jawa Tengah. Now, she is working
hard to get a scholarship and study abroad. One of her life goals is, to build
a health center called El-shammah, it means, God who hears me.
